    Product Description:
        The dust detection and control system of transfer station based on visual recognition is to install white polytetrafluoroethylene white backboard at the outlet of the guide slot, identify the change of grayscale and sharpness of the whiteboard by high-definition camera, determine the dust emission status of the conveying coal, set the threshold according to the change of the grayscale, and control the operation of the dust removal equipment (dust collector, water spray, etc.). The system can make the system accumulate and learn by establishing the correlation among coal type, water content of coal type and gray level change of whiteboard, and finally automatically find the best operation mode of dust removal equipment. Through the change of gray level of whiteboard, dust cleaning and trestle flushing are guided.
